Hello,

COPD is a chronic disease which should be maintained under control.

It is not currently possible to cure or reverse the condition completely, but you can reduce its impact by making some treatment and lifestyle changes.

I suggest to avoid smoking.

Monitor air quality. Try to avoid dust and fumes, and stay indoors on bad air days.

Get a flu shot every year and stay active.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
