Can Stones Cause Throat Dysphagia?

Hi, I noticed the other day probably 5 days ago I felt like something was stuck in my throat and couldn t get it out. So I looked in my throat saw somethign white on my tonsil and 7 stones came out between both sides. Now I have something stuck further down and I can t get it or see it. I have put my finger all the way as far as I can and it make the sensation go away for a few minutes but then it comes back. It is making my right side of throat ache and down into my collar bone and chest. I am a female age 25

Foreign body sensation in throat could be due to tonsillar stones,lingual tonsillar enlargement,gastroesophageal reflux disease,thyroiditis,idiopathic(cause not known),tumors,anxiety.Examination of throat by ENT specialist is necessary to rule out and manage these different conditions.Please consult an ent specialist for the same and mean while you do warm saline gargles,dont try to irritate throat by putting finger.
