Hi,

Welcome to HCM.

Routine check up by a GP nearby you will guide you better for which tests to be done further. Unnecessary invasive tests are not done routinely. I suggest you get complete blood count, urine analysis, liver function tests and renal function tests done for now. Once these tests are done, based on the test results, further specific tests can be suggested by his treating doctor.

Thanks.
