Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

Weed contain cannabis. It lead to multiple psychological effects in users like: stress, anxiety, depression and psychosis (cannabis psychosis). Excessive anxiety can lead to feeling of heat inside the body, so he is cooling down himself under the tap. White patches may occur due to allergy to weed or due to some other reason not related to weed.

There is need to quit weed use in his case. If he is not able to quit self, in that case you can seek help of nearby psychiatrist.

Wishing you good health and all the best.
