Hello and thank you for asking Healthcaremagic.

It would be best to do an urine culture to determine the right antibiotic that need to be used.

If this is not possible, than you need to consult your doctor to take another type of antibiotic, because the first one didn't do its job.Probably the bacteria is resistant.

To help your body:
-have plenty of water
-drink chamomile tea or rose tea
-fresh fruits or vegetables
-don't hold your urine for long
-urinate always after having sex

wish you the best
