Hi,

Dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them.BUT, shingles has certain key features that distinguish it. It is from a virus popping out of a nerve. as such, it goes in a band in the area of the nerve. And it looks like chicken pox (it is) but in ONE line on One side corresponding to ONE nerve.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Wish you the best recovery.

Regards,
