Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
First of all, do not panic.
As you might be aware that if emergency
contraceptive pills are taken within 72 hours of unprotected sexual activity, then it helps to prevent unwanted
pregnancy in most of the cases. As you have taken emergency contraceptive pills within 72 hours, then chances of getting pregnant are almost nil.
Secondly, because of high dose of
progesterone hormone in the emergency contraceptive pill, your spotting or bleeding must have stopped at present. But, you will get withdrawal bleeding in the coming few days.
Withdrawal bleeding that occurs after emergency contraceptive pills is quite erratic. It can be early or late and it can be scanty or heavy.
Please wait for the expected date of menses or withdrawal bleeding. If you happen to cross your dates, then please get morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy.
If you are pregnant then you can opt for termination of pregnancy with
abortion pills under medical supervision safely till 9 weeks of pregnancy.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Purushottam Neurgaonkar
