Can Physiotherapy Correct Partial Tear Of ACL And Minuscus?

2 weeks back I had a minor accident and fell as my bike skidded towards the right side. I had minor bruises and felt slight discomfort in the right knee. Then after a week I realized that there is a swelling in my knee and was suggested an MRI by the doctor. The MRI scan revealed that I had a partial tear of the ACL and a small dot size tear in the minuscus. The doctor has suggested ACL reconstruction and has said that he will to an orthoscopy and see the strangth of the ACL and then do the reconstruction if required. I am apprehensive about a surgery and want to know a few things :
1. Is there a guaranteed physiotherapy program that can reconstruct my ligament ?
2. I play badminton and do heavy carsdio like a running for 10kms everyday. so is ACL recon required for this level of activity ?
3. what are the repurcusions later in life if I do not go ahead with the surgery ? Will I end up damaging other parts of my knee since one support is weak ?
4. What are the issues that I might face post surgery ?
