Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have persistent acne on face which could be due for stress , hormonal changes and excessive sun exposure . Excessive oil production and clogging of sebaceous gland duct are also one of the reasons. I would suggest you to wash your face with face wash containing benzoyl peroxide and then apply cream containing azelaic acid which is good for acne as well as for hyperpigmentation . Also apply vitamin E oil at night . If condition doesn't get better then consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like minocyclin. You should exfoliate your skin once a week to remove dead skin.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
