Can Paracetamol And Allegex Tablets Be Taken During Early Pregnancy?
hi doctor! i am 31yrs and suspect pregnancy 2 weeks plus! yesterday i experience fever and lower abdominal pains with a temperature of 38.8 and i took paracetamol and allegex tabs to bed, and today i am feeling much better! Is it safe to take this tablets?
