hi i m 25yrs old n m suffering from gastric problem from 1 month.my gastric level is so high that it also effects my heart i.e. palpitation.n now the main problem is i m suffering is there is discomfort in my neck.so m wondering is it a thyroid hormone problem or wat?

Hello,
The symptoms you described are suggestive for hyperthyroidism or over active thyroid.
There are some lab exams that confirm it:
-TSH,
-FT4 and FT3
I would also suggest to see an gastroenterologist because an gastric ulcer should be excluded.
