Can Pain In The Lower Left Ribs Be Due To Acidity ?
I am 33 year old male with 165 cm and 64 kg of weight. For the past 4 days i am having some sort of pain near my lower left ribs and the areas around it. If i cough or sneeze also there is a pain on the left ribs and the area below. Not sure if this is due to some acidity. This is the first time, i am facing such pain. I am not able to sleep sideways towards my left also. Do let me know if anything to worry since the area specified is close to heart . Regards Harish

Take recommended pills as per Dr. prescribed for temporary relief.
But for permanent relief, do some regular exercises for five minutes
1) 1 min run fast on same place
2) 1 min run very slow
3) 1 min run fast on same place
4) 1 min run very slow
5) 1 min run fast on same place

there can be multiple causes for your pain which can be either related to the pleural space ,the space around lungs or simple gastritis or anything else as for exact diagnosis to be made there should be a complete history,a proper examination and the relevant tests.so consult a physician and get yourself treated properly.

This is most probably a myofascial pain . It requires antiinflamatory drugs along with
