Can Pain And Swelling In Foot Joint Be Mosquito Borne Virus?

I have a history of one week with pain in muscles and joints, felt most painfully in my feet. My feet are somewhat swollen and seems to be getting worse. I did have a bit of a fever in the first 24 hours none since. fatigue also a feature. I am wondering if this is a mosquito borne virus? however I did use glyphosate 2 weeks ago and am concerned this may be involved.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.

There are no mosquito borne virus that can cause pain and swellings in the foot joints.
You have pain in the muscles and joints, feet are swollen and are getting worse. Fever was only on day one, now the problem is fatigue, used glyphosate 2 weeks ago.
Glyphosate is safe and can not cause such a problem as you have described.
The probable cause can be flu, or a general disease.
Get examined by a Doctor to get a clinical diagnosis and treatment .
