Hello,

Since you have a very bad sinus, you should avoid taking oxy elite pro tablets for a couple of days as it can interact with other medications and cause discomfort. Moreover, oxy elite pro tablet has caffeine as an ingredient, caffeine is a dehydrating agent and can cause sinus pain and congestion worse.

To reduce symptoms of sinus avoid taking some food that are high in histamine like processed food, fermented food, fermented beverages, eggplant, chocolate, raisins, yogurt, vinegar, alcohol. Cut on sugar and full fat dairy products. You are suggested to take steam inhalation twice daily to loosen mucous and open sinuses and reduce inflammation.

Applying warm compress on the forehead and nose to get relieve from discomfort. Take nasal irrigation and nasal sprays to flush out sinuses and remove irritants. Use humidifier to loosen the mucous. You can take mucolytics or bromhexine. It will help to loosen mucous from the sinuses, windpipe, lungs, etc., thus you can cough it out.

Taking antihistamine at bedtime is helpful. You will be prescribed decongestants & antibiotics if needed. You are advised to get clinically examined by an ENT & get required blood tests and investigations done to rule out nasal polyp, deviated nasal septum or any other medical condition causing you symptoms. Stay well hydrated. Take fluids and water.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
