Can Nerve Damage, Related With Tingling In Vagina With Urge To Urinate?

I have a very strange tingling sensation and constant urge to urinate. I had the start of a UTI last week and got on antibiotics right away. The sensation did not go away, so I went back and tested negative for a UTI. I have a very strange constant tingling in my vagina. Almost feels like I am near climax Its very annoying. I m wondering what is going on and if it could be nerve damage, or what other possibilities there are?

Hello,

* The tingling in the vagina is not related to nerve damage, rather it indicates hypersensitivity of particular skin regions from possible fungal infection, though urine test may turn negative.

* Vaginal hygiene, antibiotic and antifungal as prophylaxis with supportive care as gabapentin helps greatly to clear the issue.

Just keep calm and you will be fine as soon as possible. Maintain hydration with plenty of liquids till that time and avoid sexual intercourse if active.
