Can Medicine For Seizure Cause Nausea And Dizziness On Exposure To Sun?

49 yr old female with seizure disorder. only meds are 2000 mg levitricitricam for seizures. can not stand any exposure to heat without getting suddenly and severly sick. I feel like I will pass out and I get very nauseous. I am in good shape and have no other health issues other than migraines which I do not tak e any prescription drugs for. Even in the pool I will get sick. Is there a vitamin or something I am missing that ios throwing my body off or could it be my sioezure meds

Not a major side effect but in few patients heat intolerance is a side effect of concern when on Levitricitricam.

Other very important reason of hear intolerance and dizziness may be hyperthyroidism.

You need care to avoid the irritable exposures. Migraine may also be associated with aura and these symptoms cause definite problem due to that.


Excedrin migraine is good medicine for pain of migraine and to cope with the associated symptoms.


Go and get your Thyroid Profile done along with CBC with ESR and Differentials.
