Can Masturbation Be The Cause Of Heavy Periods?
Hi I m 13 and I ve have masturbated, I got my period and it s been probably around 2 weeks or longer maybe almost 3 weeks long, I m really worried and need reassurance that it will stop and when? it was light for a while now it got heavier and is staying the same, is this still even my period? Or did masturbation cause this? If it s not my period, then what is it? Did I break my hymen? Also I ve had my period for about a year and a half and it s never done this before There s also been some large blood clots Please tell me what s wrong or what I should do I don t want to tell my parents unless I m sure there s something wrong, do you think I need to go to the hospital?

The act of masturbation could torn the hymen more over the act of masturbation and menses are nothing to do with each other if you have a bleeding per vagina then this could be menses or due to trauma, masturbate is the physiological phenomenon hope this helps
