Hello doctors. From the age of 19 I am started to consume alcohol nd started to smoking in the basics of average 5 per day. Due to that got tummy, loss of hair and weight.But from few months I realized the value of life and stopped drinking nd smoking regularly.So please suggest foods tat help in rectifying lungs nd kidney.
