Can Laparoscopic Surgeries Be Done With Spondylosis?

i am suffering from backach from last 2 months initally pain was relieved by rest then by anagesics then it started with each step ,felt exessive weakness after shot distance walking compalled to take rest .digital xray & MRI showed L4-5 &L5-S1 spondylosis -analgesics,traction 12 kg for 3 hour /day for 1month advised(though my weight is 72 kg)- my treating docter ask me continue with laproscopic family planing camps in peripheral regions. i am short statured & usually stand on bricks or stools during these operations in peripheral rural areas.after 1 month medication & rest still i am suffering from backach after attending 8 to 12 am opd only.whether i can do laproscopic operations now?
