Can Irregular Period Be A Sure Indication Of PCOD?
My periods are irregular since many years. it usually comes in between 33 - 40 days cycle.
I recently gone for a folicular stusy on my 13thday, 15 day & 17th day. as a result of this scan...we came to know that the eggs are small and not grown till 17th day. so, do i still need to go for onemore scan or am i having any complications in growing the eggs. I have taken a scan 8 months back to check if i have PCOD but then nothing was found in the scan. Please help!!

PCOD represents in many ways, not only irregular periods. Even though it's irregular you are following some pattern. For follicular growth no need to worry much. There are medicines which will accelerate your follicles to grow and attain the wanted size and there are injections to make the follicle to rupture.
Sometimes rupture happens at 17 to 18 days. Do not stress yourself. Stress plays a major role in infertility. Consult your doctor once and make sure that your periods are regular by taking some tablets for it. Followed by ovulation induction and follicular study and so on.
