General Surgeon Dr. Paul Anant's  Response
As far as spots are concerned, these will be highlighted well with the surrounding normal skin color. For this firstly you should consult with your skin specialist doctor, so that the spots removal creams can be prescribed usually with are Retinoid based. Your physician also can prescribe you cream which is compatible with your skin which can be used as a moisturizer for reducing the effects from the dry skin. Hope this will help. Regards.
