Hi,

According to your history you are going through the perimenopausal stage. In which fluctuations in reproductive hormonal levels like raised FSH and LH and decreased Estrogen levels can be seen.

Which will lead to hot flashes, sleep disturbances, mood changes, etc. So, now the points that can help you are:

-According to the literature, there are minor drug interactions between Progyluton and Liptor. Usually minor drug interactions doesn't require a change of therapy. But as your Physician told to stop the drug, better to restart only after consulting him.

-Other alternatives in Hormonal replacement therapy, which will contain herbal ingredients and have lesser drug interactions and side effects can be used, like Estro G 100, Estro soy etc.

But better start any drugs after consulting your Gynecologist only.

- Foods like Soybeans, Soy products, Linseed, Sesame seeds, oats, etc. contains phytoestrogens and help in relieving the perimenopausal symptoms to some extent.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
