General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Yes, Hemostan can be taken for irregular menstrual bleeding. Clopidogrel is an anti-platelet drug commonly prescribed to prevent heart attack and stroke. Whereas Hemostan is useful in reducing the irregular menstrual bleeding. There is no documented harmful interaction between these two drugs hence they may be taken as prescribed by your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
