Can I Contract HIV From My Female Partners?

I've had an relationship with 2 females which both i've had unprotected sex multiple times, but from what they know they are not HIV positive or been in contact with HIV positive people.
Im just worried they might have it, but this might also be me just being paranoid.
its been nearly a year but i dont feel sick or anything.
So what should i do?
Am i being really paranoid?

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
A good rule for dating is to assume that sexual partners are infected unless known to be otherwise.
So since you had multiple unprotected intercourse with two girls and you are not sure about their HIV status it is possible that you have been exposed to HIV infection.
I suggest you should get tested for HIV infection.
You can run a finger prick test which is called Rapid test and measure the antibodies against HIV virus produced by your immune system.You will have the result the same day you do the test.
The only way to know if you are infected or not is to do the test.

You should be more careful and never have unprotected sex,even more if you don't know their HIV status or other sexually transmitted disease status.
So be smart, stay safe, and protect others.
