General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Tubectomy is a procedure where the failure rate is very low. The chances pregnancy is not there as there is no signs as well. If you are worried you can simply go for a urine pregnancy test (UPT) to check whether you are pregnant or not.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
