Hi Doc. When i was teenager, i have indulge in gay sex with my freind, since that day till last year i was having sex with him. I also have a girlfriend to whom i haven't done sex till now instead of foreplay.

As long as you and your gay friend remain in strict monogamous relationship, there is no risk for HIV. If your friend has relationship with somebody else other than you then HIV risk is always there. As you are telling that you are not having sex other than him including with your girl friend, now the risk depends upon his sexual activities.
