HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that there may be triggers that can causing your asthma attacks.

Triggers may be : (1)sinusitis - this may present with post nasal drip , sneezing, nasal congestion, sneezing. The use of topical steroid nasal sprays, anti histamines would help

(2)GERD- gastroesophageal reflux can also aggravate asthma

(3)environmental triggers such as dust, pollen, pets

You need a preventer inhaler to be added to your regimen. At the moment you are only using reliever inhalers.

A preventer would reduce the frequency of your asthma attacks.

You need to speak to your doctor to obtain a prescription for a preventer.

I hope this helps
