Can Hip Pain Be Due To Bone Spurs Be Treated?

I am 31 year old female and have had numerous health challanges. First, I was diagnosed with Endometriosis (which ended in a total hysterectomy), then I started having chronic kidney stones, now I have chronic migraines and now I am suffering from left hip pain. My PCM thinks it's periformis syndrome, but the treatment he had me on wasn't effective so he increased my Mobic and ordered an X Ray of my left hip. I was told that it shows bone spurs in my hip joint, and that it WOULDN'T be the cause of my hip pain?? That doesn't make sense. He thinks my sciatic nerve is affected and that the spurs have nothing to do with it. I am so confused on what to beleive and what is actually going on in my body. I know that if people have sciatica, the most common cause is a bulging or ruptured disc. Do you think I should get a MRI? Would surgery help my hip or no? I just want to treat the cause, not just the symptoms. Thank you for your time:)
