Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Diabetes can cause itchy skin in several ways.
Diabetic neuropathy, a type of nerve damage that people with diabetes might experience, can lead to damaged nerve fibers in the hands and feet.
I suggest to check the blood sugar level for further evolution.
Meanwhile,I suggest to use antihistamine as such as Cetirizine 10mg to prevent the itching.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
