Can Glucon-d Be Consumed Everyday In Between Workouts?

Hi, I am 30 years old, and weigh around 94 kilos standing 5 11 tall. I am trying to lose weight and am doing a mix of weight training and cardio 6 days a week, one hour everyday. My question is, is it all right to consume a glass of glucon d, 4 teaspoons, everyday between workouts? I get tired after 39 mins and having glucon d in the middle of workouts is giving me good resukts in the second half of workout. I am not diabetic. But i want to make sure having glucon d everyday in the above mentioned quantity doesnot cause diabetes or doesnot add to calories during workout

I really admire your positive outlook towards your health and appreciate your efforts for the same.

Coming to your main question, you can take Glucon-D daily in between your workouts and its absolutely harmless, so no need to get concerned about anything.

As you are not diabetic and you are doing workouts of an hour 6 days a week, its necessary for your body to have enough energy and Glucon-D will provide that only. You can also take lemon water mixed with glucose, which is better than only Glucon-D, although Glucon-D is also safe and instant energy provider.

I would appreciate that you are trying hard to loose weight and you will need to loose at least 15 to 20 kg.

Dear , as far as your weight is concerned it is quite high . You need to shed
7-8 kgs . your work outs will bring fruit one day .
It is good that you are not a diabetic and drink 4 spoons glucon D in between your wourkouts regularly . There is no harm taking 2 spoons till it suites you as you are doing lot of hard work .
Still I would like to suggest you to take lemon juice in a glass of warm water with a pinch of salt,black pepper and a spoon of honey or glucon D. It is a great antioxidant, energetic and harmless drink as for as dibetes is concerned .
