OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Reduced or absent fetal movements at this gestation age is indicative of reduced oxygen supply to the fetus, and this is a complication in gestation diabetes mellitus. It can lead to sudden intrauterine death of the fetus, if no active intervention are taken immediately.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist urgently so that proper management can be done to salvage the baby.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
