Can Dizziness And Tiredness Lead To Pregnancy Though The Tests Were Negative?

Hi over the past few days I've been feeling very dizzy all the time almost feel like I'm about to faint. I have also been feeling very tired. It may not be related but I'm also 8 days late for my period. I've done a few pregnancy tests and they are all negative. Any ideas what could be wrong with me? Thanks

Dizziness and tiredness cant lead to pregnancy. It could be due to anemia. please get complete blood count done.
