Can Diabetic Pills Cause Swelling In Neck?
Is taking diabetic pills like janumet 50/100 could cause side effect like swelling in the neck? Im taking this pills for my type 2 diabetes as well as Simbastatin 10mg for my cholesterol for almost 6mos now, however lately I felt my neck is swollen at the right side just below my adam apple.. Beside these im taking vitamins too like centrum, Vitamin c and Vit B12...

No there are no chances of antidiabetic medication of causing the said swelling. The side effects of the OHA ( oral hypoglycemic agents ) can be hypoglycemia , loss of weight but there are no known side effect as suggested by you
.
Cause of the said swelling should be find out. That may be because of thoat infection if you have if any . So better option is have aphysician visit and get it checked. Because exact opinion regarding that can only be given after palpation of it.
