Hello, Both of the medications you are mentioning have the active ingredient of simethicone in them the Colimex is just Simethicone whole then Cholicaid also has Simethicone at a number of other herbal ingredients. I personally would recommend the Colimex as the herbal ingredients over a longer period of time may cause some stomach irritation actually. Colimex or Simethicone is a very safe medication, you can actually use it every day. I’m not specifically sure what the concentration is that you have but if you follow the instructions and don’t exceed the number of drops to be given in a given day you are safe to give it as needed daily.
