Can Chronic Lower Back Pain Continuing For Almost A Year Indicate Sciatica?
Hi I have been experiencing chronic lower back pain that shoots down my right leg. Severe pain in right hip and knee and swollen veins at times. This is approximately 1 year now my doctors can t find what is wrong. did MRI and they can t determine the cause. Is this as a result of a herniated disc or sciatia?
sorry to hear about your pain. an MRI will help differentiate the causes. unfortunately there is a long list of potential causes, but additional imagining will help narrow the list down
a herniated disc should have been seen on MRI. you should try stretching, exercising, yoga or similar regimen. you should also try anti inflammatories to help. an OMM doctor would be every benefitical.
sorry to hear you're going though this. an MRI should be able to help differentiate the causes. the causes are a long list, but an MRI will help narrow that down.
