I HAD AN REVERSAL TUBILIGATION IN AUG 2013 GOT PREGNANT IN OCTOBER AND MISCARRIED IN NOV 26 I AM PREGNANT AGAIN AND LAST MONDAY MY DOCTOR SAW WHAT LOOKED LIKE A SMALL SACK IN MY UTERUS SENT ME TO HAVE HCG TES DONE RESULTS 40.41 MUI/ML.I WENT YESTERDAY TO HAVE ANOTHER VAGINAL ULTRASOUND AND HE COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING IN MY UTERUS BUT TODAY I TOOK ANOTHER HCG TEST AND LEVEL ARE 1391.4..COULD IT BE ETOPIC ,BUT I HAVE NO PAIN

An increasing levels of hCG with no detectable sac in the uterus can be due to an ectopic pregnancy. You need to get a repeat scan done in next 3-5 days to find out.
