Can Body Heaviness, Low BP Caused By Discontinuing Nurokind Plus Be Treated?

Sir, I am a patient of epilepsy and under the treatment of around 12 yrs. Whenever I found some weakness in my health due to whether change or viral, my dr advise me to take a Neurokind Plus B12 medicine. This is in anticipation that their might be a deficiency of Vitamin B12 and thus recommended. As a result today I take a blood report of my B12 and surprisingly it s found excess registered a mark of 1546 against the normal range of 189-883.Immediately I stopped to take this medicine, but I feel heaviness in my body, some nervousness in my health like Low BP. Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Those symptoms you describe are not due to discontinuing Nurokind. Nurokind is simply a vitamin supplement and its withdrawal doesn't cause any symptoms. I believe the symptoms are due to anxiety, fear from what might happen. As for low BP you don't mention values, but I would like to make you present that blood pressure values are commonly lower in some individuals, especially young patients, they do not represent any threat and do not warrant treatment if not causing any symptoms. So the only first aid treatment I would prescribe would be relaxation exercises. Physical exercise and activities like yoga would be helpful as well.
