Can Body Aches, Fever And Frequent Urination Be Due To UTI?

I have aches, chills, slight fever, and have been going to the bathroom often. My whole body hurts, especially my lower back. Also the last few weeks it seems as though I have a UTI because I have to urinate often and have a lot of pressure in my lower abdomen. Do you think I have the flu and a UTI? By the way I also have been tested for a vaginal bacterial infection. Do you think part of the fever and all is my body fighting the infection?
