Dermatologist Dr. Gaurav Patel's  Response
as u have high sugar and pressure ,erection problem in this age is common and can not be avoided.
u can do regular exercise like swimming ,walking etc
eat healthy diet and avoid oily and spicy food.
u need to take tab like sliga or viagra to erect penis and make it hard.
if it taken in normal dose then it is safe to take.
so dont worry ,by doing exercise and diet control u can able to enjoy normal sex with minimum use of drug.

Psychiatrist Dr. Keerthish Shetty's  Response
Age and physical problems like diabetes and hypertension definitely take a toll on the sexual life of a person. It is a very good thing that your sexual excitement has not decreased, because of which a proper erection is possible with the help of medication.

Just because you are taking drugs to attain erection, do not think that the act becomes artificial. The drugs are only helping you live a better life, the same way drugs are helping you to control sugal levels and BP.Only thing that is important is to consult your doctor before taking any medication.
