Can Anxiety And External Sphincter Cause Frequent Urination?

I have problem of frequent urination for last 4 years. I have got all urine and blood test done several times in 4 years and reports were normal. I also got ultrasound done which was normal. I also have taken several medications such as for controlling bladder. But it didn t had any effect. I urinate around 25 times in a day in small amounts generally. Doctor says it is due to anxiety and problem in external sphincter. I also tried sietz bath on recommendation. Only time i feel better is when I am excercising. Some times I go to urinate 5 minutes after I have urinated and urge is so strong that i get restless. Please help

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the tests came negative for the complaint of frequent urination then it may not be due to any disease, but it is not mentioned whether MRI, ultrasonography done or not, you have not mentioned your age and gender here it was very much needed for better opinion hope this information helps.
