Can Antibiotics Affect Menstrual Cycle?

I am 23 years old I hv been high antibiotics and antifungal for vaginal fungal infection in 2 weeks ..antibiotics was not finished taking all of the pills. My period was heavy like always, but ended a day or two earlier than usual. Its been a week and today I had a brown discharge in two days....

Usually, antibiotics have no effect on the menstrual cycle. But prolonged antibiotics can lead to fungal infection and this may give rise to vaginal discharge.
