General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

He may be having issues if worm infestation may not be related to lobster. He may need to de-worm himself. Preferably may be started on Albendazole or Mebendazole. The bloating can be relieved with motility agents like Domperidone or Itapride as well as antacids like Omerperazole.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Regards,
