Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain sore throat is a common cause for throat infection that is commonly due to bacterial infection known as Strep throat while can also be due to viral infection..
Secondly tonsil stones that are formed due to calcification of food debris that gets accumulated over the tonsils is a common cause for tonsil inflammation and bad breath..
I would suggest you to consult an ENT expert and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like throat swab culture can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
You can be advised a course of antibiotics, anti inflammatory painkillers, warm saline gargles, steam inahlation and use a humidifier in your room..

For tonsil stones start gargling with hydrogen peroxide and water solution in 1:1 ratin..
Limit intake of dairy..
Always gargle after eating anything..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
