Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Discharge from the nipple , if the urine pregnancy test is negative, can be due to hyperprolactemia or breast cancer. I would suggest you to get your prolactin levels checked, if normal, then do consult an oncologist to get properly examined and investigated, and further treatment should be done accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
