Can A UTI Alter A Pregnancy Test Report?

Hello. I am a 21 yr old sexually active female. I usually have predictable periods but this month I have not had one. I was suppose to get it on the first and it is now the 11 and I have not gotten it. I recently took a pregnancy test and they came out negative however I am showing all the signs of pregnancy. Nausea being the min concern. I also have a minor Uti at the moment. Can a uti alter a pregnancy test giving a false negative?

Hi I think uti can't alter pregnancy test report. If pregnancy test is negative, it means you are not pregnant. If you want to be sure, you cam get a blood test for pregnancy that is called as serum bhcg test. UTI can lead to delay in periods. So, if test is negative, you can take some medicines like meprate or deviry for inducing periods. Hope it helps.
