Can Zantac Cause Skin Allergy In A Child?

My five year old is taking 4.5ml of zantc 75mg/5ml liquid. She started taking it five days ago and now she has a raised up puffy spots that itch from her neck down (looks like mini mosquito bites. That is the only change in anything she has done such as food or soaps. Is it a bad reaction to the Zantac? I am going to stop but should I take her in?
