Can Tylenol Be Given To An Infant For The Treatment Of Fever?

My daughter is 15 months old and weighs about 25 pounds. She is running a fever of 101.5, which I gave her equate brand infants ibuprofen oral suspension 50 mg/125ml about 45-50 minutes ago. The fever has gone to 99.5. Can we give her children s Tylenol and if so when?

infants should be given plain pcm, paracetamol syrup only first for fever only..unless there is any investigation or any other finding suggesting otherwise..pcm and cold sponging shoukd be done for control of fever..if not controlled, visit to a doctor is recommended..
