Can STD Infections Be Related With Blue/green Veins On Scrotum?

Hello? I have a couple questions
1) On the bottom side of my scrotum, it is a slightly green/blue color (just in one spot). The veins seem to be a little more defined in this area. Should I be concerned?
2) I recently got tested for STDs near the end of December! I was clean and tested negative for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, and HIV. However the last time I had protected sex was on Jan 10, 2011. The oral sex was unprotected but the anal sex WAS protected. I have no symptoms of STDs and no pain or burning during urination. No symptoms what so ever. I am PARANOID of stds. Should I get tested? What happens if I wait for more than a year to get tested?

HI
Well come to HCM
First of all this does not seems STD, such appearance of scrotum could be normal one, if this is not painful not tender, then no need to worry about this some time uneven pressure on the scrotum could cause such blue green color of pressure point, just keep this under observation for any changes, else this would come around on its own, when there is no STD then waiting for testing would be out of question, hope this information helps, take care.
