Can Rcinex Be Taken As A Substitute For Macox Plus?

I have been prescribed a medicine MACOX PLUS containing Rifampicin 450mg and Isoniazid 300mg for TB. I have used the medicine for a month and i have been prescribed the medication for six months. Can I use another medicine RCINEX with same combination for my medication since I am not getting MACOX PLUS in my area nowadays?
