Hello,

Welcome to healthcare magic.

I understand that you have been having an allergy to poison ivy.

Nystatin is an antifungal and it will not help in allergies.

You could continue using Elocon cream which has mometasone. In case this is not helping you much, you could use a steroid of a higher potency like Clobetasol propionate.

You could also take an antihistamine like Benadryl at bedtime for relief from itching.

Hope this helps you.

Take care.
